Our History

A little about our farm history....

Our home farm purchased in 1918 by Darren's great grandfather Joseph Brandt.

In 1993 Darren started farming the home farm and steadily expanded in scale as business opportunities opened up.

Being blessed with 2 hardworking sons inspired us to expand the business into other related avenues.

Over time, more farm locations were added and our business became a collection of premier farm lands in the area. Thus, we became "Weaver Family Farms" (as in plural).

The necessity to move increasingly larger crops over a greater area convinced us it was time to start the trucking enterprise.

The need for more fertilizer created the demand for additional trucking and loaders to aid in the moving and spreading of our fertilizer compost.

With all the trucks and loaders, this naturally flowed into the snow removal business during the winter months as an excellent way to utilize the equipment we already had and a great way to keep our staff busy on snowy winter days.
